Online Payment
Patients are expected to pay any co-pays and balances due at the time of service. Private pay patients must pay in full at the time of service. Financing programs are available for hearing aid purchases. Castle Rock Ear Associates accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, CareCredit, and we accept payment from health savings and flexible spending accounts. Insurance
Castle Rock Ear Associates accepts most insurances* including private insurers, Medicare and TRICARE. Do to variations in plans we ask that you contact your insurance provider before your visit to confirm that Castle Rock Ear Associates is an in-network provider. *Castle Rock Ear Associates is not a Health First Colorado/Medicaid provider.
Referrals
Numerous private insurance plans and TRICARE require a referral to see Dr. Hegarty. Your referral must be received by our office before we can schedule an appointment for you. Please contact your referring physician and insurance company to ensure that your referral is received in a timely manner.
Hearing Aid Financing
At Castle Rock Ear Associates we offer a variety of financing options for hearing aid purchases*, making it easy to obtain care and service. We offer 6 or 12 month 0% interest financing on approved credit. Call our office at 720-408-9118 for more details.
*Please note that CareCredit, Wells Fargo Health Advantage, and other financing options are only available for hearing aid purchases and cannot be used to pay for clinical services including office visits, audiological testing, and surgical procedures.
